TitleMax is moving to the building at 7321 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, vacated by Jerry’s Subs and Pizza.
The TitleMaxoutlet at 7409 Little River Turnpike, just a few doors away, is relocating to the new building because it’s bigger, more visible, and more accessible, said General Manager Tim Brown. He doesn’t know when the move will take place.

That store just opened in March 2013, along with a wave of car title lenders that have flooded Northern Virginia within the last couple of years. Those companies provide quick, high-interest loans to people who can’t get credit cards or bank loans.
Jerry’s, a longtime Annandale institution, closed April 10. It took just two days to sell the pizza-making machines and other restaurant equipment at auction.
When the restaurant’s lease ended March 31, the rent was going up, said co-managerMilly Torres. The owner, Gemini Properties, accepted TitleMax’s offer to pay $3,000 more per month.
Jerry’s has been at that spot for more than 30 years, said Torres, who has been there for 15 years. She will manage another Jerry’s in Ashburn.
