Improvements proposed for McDonald's in Bailey's Crossroads

The McDonald’s at 4803 Leesburg Pike is slated to get an “extreme makeover,” said land use attorney Evan Pritchard of the Venable law firm, at the Nov. 19 meeting of the Bailey’s Crossroads/Seven Corners Revitalization Corporation.

The exterior of the fast food restaurant, located in  Bailey’s Crossroads near the City of Alexandria border, will be redone in earth tones. Other changes include an improved outdoor seating area, two sets of windows for drive-through ordering, additional landscaping, and improved traffic circulation.

The Fairfax County Planning Commission has scheduled a hearing on this project for Jan. 15, 2020. If all goes smoothly, the work could be completed by the end of 2020.
