The Shell station at 5842 Columbia Pike Bailey’s Crossroads was robbed on July 27 shortly after 6 p.m., the Fairfax County Police Department reports.
The clerk noticed a man stealing ice from the store and told him he needed to pay. The man then assaulted the clerk and ran out of the store. Officers arrested Shawn Luzaki-Salvaris, 41, of no fixed address, and charged him with robbery and strangulation.
