PR Performance Fitness working with Celebrity Delly on healthy menu options

PR Performance Fitness of Annandale is teaming up with Celebrity Delly in Falls Church to help the restaurant provide healthy food options.

Personal trainers from PR, Alexander Gutierrez and Bao Nguyen, will be at a table in front of Celebrity Delly, Saturday, Nov. 11, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., handing out samples of new menu items. The restaurant is at 7263-A Arlington Blvd., in Graham Park Plaza.

Everyone who stops by will get a coupon for a free health assessment at PR Performance Fitness.

The new healthy menu items, created in collaboration with PR, include a breakfast burrito with egg whites, spinach, avocado, and tomato; a California omelet with similar ingredients; protein pancakes; a “heart smart” eggplant dish with egg whites and tomatoes; a “Charles manwich” with grilled salmon on seven-grain bread; and a grilled salmon salad.

If those items are popular over the next month or so, they will be added to the permanent menu.
