The average price of attached units was $317,815, up 21 percent.
Fewer units were sold in June 2013: 63, compared to 66 in June 2012. Just 15 attached houses were sold last month compared to 24 a year ago.
But homes are selling faster. The average home spent 27 days on the market last month, compared to 38 a year ago.
Two houses that sold in Annandale last month were in the $1 million to $2.5 million range. Three sold in the $800,000 to $1 million range. Six attached homes sold for less than $200,000.
