Two women, ages 19 and 20, were shot outside 7555 Davian Drive shortly after 5 p.m., Dec. 6. They were transported to the hospital says Fairfax County Police spokesperson Megan Hawkins, and are in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the FCPD, the shooting stemmed from an altercation outside the residence among people who knew one another. During the incident, a juvenile female was hurt and was treated in the hospital for minor injuries. Another woman suffered a medical emergency and was treated for a non-life threatening condition.
Detectives have been talking to subjects inside the house, which is less than a block from Annandale High School, and have collected the firearm used in the incident. They do not believe there is a threat to public safety.
