| Police investigate report of body found in creek. [FCPD] |
A citizen reported the body to the Fairfax County Police at about 9:30 a.m. Police found “a deceased white male who appeared to have been in the water for a period of time,” the FCPD states. The body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for a determination of the cause and manner of death.
Updated, May 2: According to an FCPD spokesperson, it doesn’t look suspicious but that can’t be confirmed until the autopsy report is finished. The body was in really bad condition so it probably was there for a long time.
